Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

By accessing or using T-IA Connect services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the End-User License Agreement below, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the T-IA Connect website, desktop software, or any related services.

Permission is granted to use T-IA Connect software for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the software, reverse engineer the software, or use the software for any unlawful purpose.

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring your use of the services complies with all applicable laws, and not interfering with or disrupting the services or servers.

T-IA Connect and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FeelAutom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall T-IA Connect or FeelAutom be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. T-IA Connect interacts with Siemens TIA Portal. FeelAutom is not responsible for any damage to TIA Portal projects, PLC programs, or industrial equipment resulting from the use of T-IA Connect. Users are responsible for backing up their projects before using the software.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of France.

FeelAutom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the T-IA Connect desktop software ("the Software") on your devices, subject to the terms of your purchased or assigned license. The Software is licensed, not sold. FeelAutom retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth herein.

T-IA Connect is available under several license types: - Freemium: Limited functionality, free of charge, for personal evaluation purposes. Commercial use is not permitted under the Freemium license. - Trial (14 days): Full-featured evaluation license. Automatically expires after 14 days. One trial per user. - Extended Trial (30+ days): Available upon request for professional evaluation. Subject to approval. - Paid licenses (Core, Pro, Enterprise, Student): Full-featured licenses with varying capabilities depending on the edition purchased. - Lifetime licenses: Perpetual use right with one year of updates and support included. Continued updates require renewal. - Subscription licenses: Access to the Software for the duration of the subscription period. Access ceases upon expiration or cancellation. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or redistribute the Software. Each license is tied to the purchasing user account and is non-transferable unless expressly authorized by FeelAutom.

The Software requires online activation via the SoftLicence licensing system. Each license permits installation on a limited number of devices ("seats") as specified in your license terms, typically one device per seat. You may deactivate a device at any time from your dashboard to transfer the license to another device. FeelAutom reserves the right to limit the frequency of device changes to prevent abuse. The Software periodically verifies license status online. If the license cannot be verified for an extended period, some features may be restricted until verification succeeds.

Paid licenses include software updates and technical support for the duration specified in your license (one year for lifetime licenses, the subscription period for subscriptions). FeelAutom may release updates that modify, add, or remove features. Updates are provided at FeelAutom's discretion and are not guaranteed to maintain backward compatibility. FeelAutom reserves the right to discontinue support for older versions of TIA Portal at any time, with reasonable notice.

The Software may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the product, including feature usage frequency, error reports, and general system information. No personal data or TIA Portal project content is collected or transmitted. The website uses cookies and access logs as described in our Privacy Policy. IP addresses in permanent logs are anonymized for GDPR compliance. Your AI interactions (if using the Copilot feature with your own API key) are sent directly from the Software to the AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or your local Ollama instance). FeelAutom does not intercept, store, or have access to these interactions.

You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software. - Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software. - Use the Software to develop a competing product or service. - Share your license key or account credentials with third parties. - Use automated tools to bypass license restrictions or activation systems. - Use the Software in any way that could damage, disable, or impair FeelAutom's servers or licensing infrastructure.

FeelAutom may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and deleting your account. For subscription licenses, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of this agreement.
