Yes, you can install T-IA Connect on multiple machines. Simply purchase an additional license for each workstation. The Enterprise edition allows you to negotiate a custom rate for a predefined number of workstations.
Yes. Simply unlink your license from your client dashboard or directly from the application settings, then activate it on the new workstation. The free version allows one change every 24 hours, with no limit on paid plans.
Yes, T-IA Connect acts as a bridge and requires TIA Portal (Openness) to communicate with the project. It supports TIA Portal V17 to V21.
No, T-IA Connect is exclusively for TIA Portal (V17+). STEP 7 Classic is not supported.
No, T-IA Connect requires Windows because TIA Portal is exclusively available on Windows.
Yes, T-IA Connect works in virtual machines. A VM uses a license just like any other workstation.
T-IA Connect is 100% local. Your data, projects, and API keys remain on your machine and are never transmitted to our servers. Note: if you use AI features, communications with the AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are managed directly by them and are not under T-IA Connect's control.
An invoice is automatically generated and is accessible directly from your client dashboard immediately after payment.
