General Terms of Sale
Last updated: April 2026
1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the sale of software licenses for T-IA Connect by Mr. Franck PICHARD (the Publisher) to professional or individual customers.
2. Products and Prices
Prices are indicated on the site in Euros (€) and Dollars ($). As an individual entrepreneur, VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the CGI). Licenses are sold as subscriptions or perpetual licenses depending on the chosen offer. The Publisher applies regional pricing (Purchasing Power Parity) that automatically adjusts prices based on the customer's country of residence, determined by their IP address. These regional adjustments may be modified, removed, or revised at any time, without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the Publisher. The prices applied are those in effect at the time the order is validated. A 4% international processing surcharge may apply to payments made from countries outside the European Union. Custom pricing may be offered for volume orders or multi-seat deployments. Contact us for a tailored quote.
3. Ordering and Payment
Payment is made online via the secure Stripe or Stancer platforms, automatically selected based on the customer's geographic location. Access to the software and the license key are delivered upon payment validation. For subscriptions, renewal is automatic at the rate agreed upon at the time of the initial subscription. The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard. For business customers, payment by purchase order with net 30 invoicing is also accepted upon request. Framework agreements or specific contracts may be established for multi-seat orders or particular requirements. For any enterprise billing inquiry, please contact us via the contact page.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
5. Support and Warranty
The Publisher undertakes to provide technical support via email and to correct reported bugs as soon as possible. No guarantee of result is provided as to the suitability of the software for the client's specific needs.
6. Disputes
Any dispute relating to these GTS will be subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
